I have struggled over the years with finding an automotive repair shop that is honest and transparent upfront about the condition of my vehicle. In the spring of 2021 I took my 2013 explorer into Kinetic to have a clunking in the front suspension looked at and fixed. They inspected the vehicle and then called me with an update. This update included the solution to the clunking, as well as several other issues of wear and tear which may become problems in the future. Before doing any work, they asked for my approval before the workwas started. Kinetic was extremely transparent and professional through the process and has earned my trust. I highly recommend Kinetic and their staff to anyone who is looking for a repair shop that you can trust.

Mike went above and beyond to get the car back to me in a day as it turned out to be more than just a re-charge and was a surprise for my husbands Birthday. I would highly recommend Kinetic Autos to anyone needing servicing on their vehicles. Location is easy to access and it is clear that their aim is to be one of the top Auto Repair Shops in the city. I wouldn't hesitate to take any of my vehicles to Kinetic in the future .. thanks guys!
