I have a tuned MB ML350 that can be a pain to get serviced many places that would like to charge me a couple of hundred bucks and hand my car back with excuses. Such and other incidences had driven me to try my hand at the work myself with varying success. I may have had to wait 10 days to get my car in - but it was worth it. They were honest and professional - they didn't gouge on the parts. They even did me a favor and dropped my car back off to me at home. I've been through the tour - and I'll go out on a limb to recommend Kinetic. I'll be back.

As always, Kinetic was fast, affordable, and honest. These are my go-to guys for a reason. Can’t imagine trusting my cars to anyone else. Super friendly customer relations too. They repaired a coolant leak for me. The repair seems to have solved the issue. I haven't used the vehicle much to test it out but the leak appears to be gone so service appears to be good.
