My husband and I were on a cross Canada road trip & needed a new alternator. Kinetic got our parts ordered and delivered quickly and had us back on the road in two days! The whole crew were SO friendly, kind and helpful - - we were blown away by their level of service. Breaking down on the road sucks, but we drove away from Kinetic with huge smiles on our faces, grateful that we found such an amazing shop to help us out. Hi to everybody. Have a great experience with Kinetic. They gave me appointment next day I've asked. Gave me a ride home and pick me up. The vehicle was done same day I've dropped it. They asked me what I would like to fix and how much it going to cost. Everything clear and understandable. Personal thanks to Mike( hi quality service, make you feel special customer).
