As always, Kinetic was fast, affordable, and honest. These are my go-to guys for a reason. Can’t imagine trusting my cars to anyone else. Super friendly customer relations too. If we see them in the grocery store we stop and chat. More than just a faceless corporation, Kinetic is a responsible member of our community.

They repaired a coolant leak for me. The repair seems to have solved the issue. I haven't used the vehicle much to test it out but the leak appears to be gone so service appears to be good.

Very pleased . Time will tell if the quality of work is there. As of a week later I am 100% satisfied with their work. I will go there again or at least check with them 1st. This was my 1st time there They were easy to work with. Pleasant. However the doors were locked, I assume there were people there. Not a bunch of robots. Haha

One morning I was out doing errands, when unexpectedly my truck wouldn’t start. I called Mike at Kinetic and told him the issue I was having. He said that they had some space and time to look at it. So once I got my truck towed to there shop. It went right in for service. The issue was determined quickly and fixed within the same day.

I can't recommend them enough. I had them look at my brakes/wheels after hearing odd noises, and they diagnosed the problem quickly (including sending photos of anything needing repair, so I could verify). Once they got into the vehicle and were working on it, they realized the fix was simpler than initially thought, and actually called to *reduce* the bill. On top of this, they offer a service to pick up your vehicle from your home and drop it off at the end of the day, something that is really great for single-vehicle households like ours. 5/5 experience and service, and I'll definitely be using them (and recommending them) again.

Amazing customer service right from the first email contact. I highly recommend. As a woman with zero car knowledge I was treated with respect and nothing was ever pushed on me. I was in full control of what I would spend - from start to finish. I have now had my vehicle repaired and 2 oil changes. Prices are competitive and work is exceptional!
