Mike and the staff are always excellent. The team communicates all required and suggested repairs and are helpful in discussing what needs to be done right away and what can wait.

I was so impressed by the communication with Kinetic. From the first phone call when I booked to the last. I especially appreciated them taking the time to explain their recommendations to help me understand more about my vehicle. I also appreciated reviewing the vehicle inspection report, which included what items were okay, what was recommended for service and what required service. It included pictures of my vehicle and descriptions. I will bring my vehicle back for its next maintenance and recommend them to my family and friends.

Very good service, they are clear on what needs to be done soon VS what can wait, easy to communicate with, and I really appreciate them doing things electronically (payment, work order, condition report, etc.). Highly recommended

Always a fantastic experience dealing with Kinetic Auto Service! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and they do such great work on our vehicles. I highly recommend them, but just a warning - they already told me I’m their favourite customer (well, not in those EXACT words), so please don’t be too jealous if they throw my name around a lot when you get there.
