After LOTS of discussion, research and planning, we have decided to move the majority of our staff to a four day workweek starting today, April 3rd - Mike is the exception, you can still have fabulous conversations with him any weekday you like ;)
There are some important factors that contributed to this decision; ensuring our staff are able to maintain good health (physically and mentally), they have access to, and time scheduled for ongoing training, and having a shop culture that focusses on supporting our TEAM.
At Kinetic, our employees are the heart and soul of the business, so this change is intended to give them an additional day to spend with their loved ones, book personal appointments or just catch up on sleep. We've also scheduled some time in the workday for additional training, which is definitely needed to be able to successfully diagnose and repair the technologically advanced vehicles on the road today.
How will this effect you? Good News, it likely won't effect your life at all! As we are an appointment based business, the only big change is that we won't have any appointments available on Mondays. Best part, we'll be available to you every weekday, as we always have been, so you can call, email or text us and Mike will be able to book your vehicle in for an appointment on every other weekday.
Our new hours are as follows:
Monday - 8:00 - 5:00
Tuesday - Friday - 7:30 - 5:30
