Hands down the best auto shop in Regina that I have dealt with. I have never had even the slightest of problems while dealing with them. Larry, Erin and Mike all are very knowledgeable and friendly. What I like most about the shop is that it gives off the feeling of a small town place while backing it up with city service. You never feel like you're dealing with somewhat stereotypical greasy mechanics. In the past they have gone up and beyond dealing with my car dealership about possible repair coverage and when they weren't they made sure to contact me and discuss options and details prior to starting work. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Took my old 2775 massy starter there for rebuilt. Price, turn around, customer service, and starter was all top notch. Starter looks better than new at 1/3 cost of new. Great work guys!!! Brown Family Grains

I took my starter in to get tested. When I asked how much it cost to test the starter they laughed at me and tested it on the spot for free. Oh, and they let me watch so I could learn more about mechanics. THEN they ordered me a part that price matched what I had found on the internet. So yeah, I recommend Kinetic Auto Service. Hell yeah I do.

I'm happy with the service I've received here. Some people tried to get me to avoid going to a proper mechanic since it's expensive, but you've gotta trust the pros if you want the job done right. My old car had too many problems to be worth fixing, so I looked for a decent used car and came across a 2003 Dodge Neon with low mileage and no apparent problems. However, I wanted to get an inspection done on it to make sure it was okay. I tried a few different places and they all refused to even look at it - the others just told me the Neon is crap. Kinetic Auto, however, was willing to inspect it without prejudice. They admitted they aren't fond of the Neon, but told me it looks great for what it is, so I bought it and it's been a pretty good car for me so far. It recently had problems with small EVAP leaks. When I called in, Kinetic had me booked in for 8:00 AM the next morning. They gave me a ride home while they fixed it and they gave me a ride back to their shop when it was done. A month later, I got the same error code and brought it in again. They told me they'd check it out and take care of it for free if it was related to the part that they fixed before, but that I'd have to pay if it was a new problem. Fair enough. So, they did their tests, told me everything appears fine, and removed the pesky check engine light for me. I pulled out my credit card seeing as they just put all the time and resources into checking for the problem... but they told me there was no charge. Now that's service you can count on. There are no shenanigans here.

This place is top notch. They always go above and beyond, with honest and solid work done. Their business is not to inflate bills and rook the customers with unnecessary billings, but to keep you on the road, safely. Larry and Erin are simply solid people running a solid shop.
