The staff at Kinetic are always a pleasure to deal with. Definitely quality service. I had an appointment to get a check engine light diagnosed. After it went out on it’s own they advised me it wasn’t worth coming in. Was able to cancel the appointment the day of without a problem. Other garages might have had me come in anyways or charge a cancellation fee.

When they couldn't find the physical cause of the issue on my subaru suv, they took the time researching and getting a referral to an affiliate who handles the computer systems. Long story short, they do good work and I'd recommend them!
