My Ac had lost it charge from a previous repair and I took it back. I was expecting to have to fight over the cost of the bill but instead they diagnost that issue was the same as the last repair, fixed it and didn't even charge me for anything. I can say I am more than impressed with how good and honest they are with their service. It is that kind of service that will keep me referring them to others and coming back for any repairs I may need.

It has been many, many years since I've had such great vehicle service coupled with superb customer care. The folks at Kinetic keep you well informed, are completely transparent about the cost for diagnostics, service, parts, and labour, and it's clear they know what they're doing and treat their customers the way they'd want to be treated as a customer. I can't say enough about the pick-up/drop-off service; I wish all vehicle service businesses offered this option. 100% satisfied; this is the only vehicle service company I'll use going forward.

Love the service the checkup includes photos along with the recommendations. This way you can be certain the issues they found is there and how bad it is. good pricing and quick work. Sent my car in for the reccomended work and it came back like new. they did a great job and the staff is very accomidating and informative!

Mike was excellent to deal with, even though this same work was just recently completed by another auto repair shop the parts installed were substandard and that shop suddenly had no mechanics on staff to correct their work. Mike was very helpful in getting some warranty on the parts and getting my treasured truck back to me riding like new.
