I work in the sales industry and rarely do I see the level of customer service I saw at Kinetic. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. Communication was excellent. I brought my vehicle here because of seeing their commercial and reading their amazing reviews. So glad that I did. I’ll be back!

Both on the phone and in person, the staff I spoke with were very thorough in their explanations of what was happening with my car and what they recommended doing. They answered all my questions and as a result, I felt very comfortable leaving my car repairs in their hands. AND, they completed the repairs sooner than I expected! I would DEFINITELY take my car to them for repairs again, if necessary!

I booked my truck in for a very general and hard to diagnose vibration. I researched places to go and read a lot of reviews. Kinetic took the time to discuss the symptoms over the phone and work with me to come up with a cost effective plan to pinpoint the problem before throwing money at replacing unnecessary parts and services. Staff here takes pride in their work and are very customer-oriented. I will be going back there for future work and recommending to friends and family.

Great shop to have in town. I was able to get an appointment scheduled in no time. Vehicle inspection was very thorough and definitely gives you piece of mind. Shop is very proficient in communicating and making the experience as stream-lined and hassle free as possible. I really enjoy the online diagnostic link they send which has a write up of everything that was done/needs to be done along with providing pictures of any items that are in need of repair. Keep up the great work.

Took my Jeep in for service because of a loud noise coming from the front end and they were able to diagnose and repair the cause of the "howling" coming from my vehicle. One thing that really impressed me was how detailed the diagnosis was and all the pictures showing exactly what needed attention and why.
