Thought service was good. Booked my appointment and they sent me reminders the day before. Got it in for the service and it seems to be fixed. Only been a few days so see long term but was blowing cold air when I left and was actually less that the original estimate they quoted me so feel they are fair.

We love kinetic! We've used them several times now for oil changes and general maintenance. They're very friendly, knowledgeable, and have a good system for letting customers know what's happening with their vehicles. They make sure they're authorized to do work before doing it, and are open about their pricing.

Kinetic was friendly, clear, and thorough in their communications. My options and costs were clearly laid out without feeling pressured at all. They were quick and thorough in the repairs I needed and I absolutely would recommend them to anyone needing a mechanic.

Excelent service, with integrity. We brought in a truck that has been at 4 shops in the last 3 years, no one could fix it. Mike and Erin at Kinetic auto did knowledgable troubleshooting and more than fixed our truck. I would highly recomend kinetick auto, knowledgeable, friendly and stubborn (in a good way) technicians. Highly recommended to friends and family. They have our future business!
