The decision to not install customer supplied parts is based on a few factors: Firstly, having a vehicle apart on a hoist and having a wrong, damaged or very poor quality part supplied to us causes a huge disruption in our business and prevents us from being efficient. We will not install a part that is incorrect or one that we deem unfit for the road. Secondly, we are unable to provide warranty on these parts, preventing us from thoroughly taking care of our clients, long term. Lastly, part of our revenue is parts sales and without that revenue, we are unable to pay our highly skilled staff and shop bills, which, ultimately, forces us to close our doors. Our loyal clients respect our policies and understand that they are put in place to ensure they are getting value for their money, and allow us to be around the next time they need us.
