I was so pleased with the service Kinetic provided me. As a single female I always worry that I’m going to be taken advantage of for car repairs, not at Kinetic! They made sure I understood exactly what was wrong and didn’t talk down to me. They treated me with respect. The fix to my problem was really simple and they had my car back to me that same day. I came into kinetic auto with grinding brakes, and that same day they emailed and called me to let me know what they found, as well suggesting a few other things in need of maintenance they could take care of. They laid out the prices of each service very clearly and had immediate communication all the way through. I was able to keep my car there over the weekend (i asked if I could) so they could work on it. Considering what all had to be done and the parts ordered, kinetic auto was extremely timely with their repairs, it’s only took a few days. The staff was very helpful with everything and any questions I had. The staff also provided some tips on how to make the brakes last longer. I felt I was taken seriously with kinetic auto given the reputation of most auto service places. I would 100% recommend kinetic auto for any car maintenance needs!

I did an internet search for car repairs, Kinetic came up as one of the top 3 so I booked, told them what I wanted and they went above and beyond what I asked. They provided details of what else I will need and the price was perfect for our budget.

The folks at Kinetic keep you well informed, are completely transparent about the cost for diagnostics, service, parts, and labour, and it's clear they know what they're doing and treat their customers the way they'd want to be treated as a customer. I can't say enough about the pick-up/drop-off service; I wish all vehicle service businesses offered this option. 100% satisfied; this is the only vehicle service company I'll use going forward.

Love the service the checkup includes photos along with the recommendations. This way you can be certain the issues they found is there and how bad it is. good pricing and quick work. Sent my car in for the reccomended work and it came back like new. they did a great job and the staff is very accomidating and informative!
