Kinetic is the best garage I have dealt with- the staff are very knowledgeable, honest and easy to talk to and understand that not everyone is a car expert. I love their service and that they will come and get the car snd then bring it back when the work is done. There are no surprises and no pressure to do more work than is necessary. I highly recommend them to everyone I talk to!

Absolutely amazing experience dealing with Kinetic. They were honest and upfront about what my vehicle needed and didn't need. They picked up and dropped off my vehicle which was very convenient. Dave and Mike were great to deal with!

As a change we decided to try a different mechanic from our regular good quality mechanic. The service met expectations. A thorough assessment was completed and only repairs authorized were completed and billed. Communication through the process was clear, concise and timely. Pricing on the services completed is fair and reasonable with little fluctuation from what most other mechanics would charge. All in all the service I received was well priced, efficient, and well preformed. I would definitely recommend usage of Kinetic Auto Services for their high quality work and parts, reasonable prices, and excellent communication.

Erin and Mike were fantastic in dealing with my Mitsubishi. They were upfront, transparent, friendly and knowledgeable. We had some issues with getting parts in (no fault on them) and they were upfront about the wait and explanation. 10/10 will use again.

car broke down on a Sunday. had it towed to kinetic and left them voice mail. they called Monday. Diagnosed problem, ordered parts and had it back to us on Friday!! Thanks so much!
