Still a great business. Came back for more work and honestly this place has been amazing. Truly people who are dedicated to looking after you over just taking your money. Imo that says a lot. Super rad folks who are super chill and kind. Would recommend to everyone.

Kinetic Auto Service couldn't fix my car. Normally that would be cause for a bad review, but this is a good review. The problem with my car is a tricky one that the dealership didn't even try to diagnose, let alone fix. Mike and the team at Kinetic meanwhile worked extremely hard trying to get to the root of the problem. Mike communicated with me clearly and respectfully the entire time, and when Kinetic ultimately couldn't get to the root of the issue, they went the extra mile and helped me with the next step, even communicating with the specialized mechanic it went to next. All in all, I'm really impressed with and grateful for the work ethic and customer of service of Kinetic Auto Service. Next time my vehicle needs service, I'll be starting at Kinetic.

We have been taking all of our business and personal vehicles to Kinetic Auto for years and have we have never been disappointed in their service. From clear communication and prompt service to their friendly nature all of the staff are wonderful to deal with. If you are looking for a place that cuts corners or gives you a “deal” on poor work then you might want to look elsewhere. However, if you are looking for a mechanic shop that does things right the first time, every time then this is your place! There are only two businesses in the world that I completely trust 100 percent and Kinetic is one of them.

Called about a vehicle I was looking at that had extensive work done at this store, and was explained what was all replaced and what wasn't very thoroughly by a guy named Mike. Which ultimately made up my mind on the vehicle I was looking at, trust is very important and these guys are trustworthy. Will use in the future.

Very friendly staff, and they offer a pick-up and delivery system so I don't have to drive there and find a ride home. Very convenient and prompt! Thanks so much!

They are very friendly and if they have problems they call you right away. They also send you a pictures of your vehicle and what needs fixed. I like that I don’t have to take my vehicle they come pick it up and drop it off. I’m happy with them and I would recommend them to anyone.
